45 minutes with Tait - familiarise yourself with the Studio, the equipment and learn the basics and do a mini workout - ask as many questions as you like so your first class won't feel so daunting!

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel online anytime for any reason. NO questions asked up to 10 minutes before a class starts to cancel within 10 minutes of the class start time simply contact Tait on 0434 749 888 or info@lumenpilates.com.au and your class will be credited to you. Please try to give us notice if you can't come so others on the waitlist can participate in the class. Places on the waitlist will be held for 10 minutes before being offered to the next person on the list. We recommend using our app and having your notifications turned on for the most efficient way to manage your bookings.
