Service Description
45 minutes with Tait - familiarise yourself with the Studio, the equipment and learn the basics and do a mini workout - ask as many questions as you like so your first class won't feel so daunting!

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel online anytime for any reason. NO questions asked up to one hour before a class starts to cancel within an hour of the class start time simply contact Tait on 0434 749 888 or info@lumenpilates.com.au and your class will be credited to you. Please try to give us notice if you can't come so our instructors know whether to expect you - and also if you were the only person booked we can save them travelling to the studio
