This workshop is about rebuilding self-trust, learning to back yourself again, and stepping into the version of you who no longer second-guesses everything. Please note: This is a life coaching workshop (not counselling or psychology). If you are experiencing significant distress, we encourage you to seek professional support.

At lumen our workshops have limited places and instructors have to prepare workshop materials and in some cases arrange catering - due to this refunds will be available for cancellations until 72 hours prior to the event.
