What to Wear: Feel Comfortable, Move Confidently
We get it—trying something new can feel a little nerve-wracking, especially when it comes to knowing what to wear. Rest assured, we’re all about making EVERY-Body feel welcome. Whether you're flowing in yoga, dancing your heart out, or gliding on the reformer, we’ve got you covered with some simple tips to help you feel comfortable and confident. Number One rule - Be yourself and wear what makes you happy!! Sunglasses and beanies are optional but 100% recommended if you are as cool as the two kids below!!!

Yoga
Think stretchy and breathable! Leggings, shorts, lose or fitted pants paired with a comfy top that stays in place when you move are perfect. Bare feet are best for your yoga practice—no need to worry about shoes or grippy socks here. and it can be chilly so bring a warm top if you like to be warm.
Dance
Channel your inner dancer! Wear something that lets you move freely and makes you feel fabulous, whether that’s leggings and a tank or loose-fitting pants with a tee. Depending on the style of dance, bare feet, socks or soft-soled dance shoes will work wonderfully. You can also bring out your Flashdance or Fame faves... IFYKYK (that is a reference especially for the gen X ers)
Reformer & Mat Pilates
Close-fitting, stretchy clothes are ideal so you can move easily and your instructor can see your alignment. Think leggings, shorts , a snug top, and grip socks are required for your safety (we’ve got them in the studio if you need a pair!).
