This final workshop is where everything comes together. You’ll create a 90-day plan for the woman you’re becoming, based on your values, your boundaries, and your non-negotiables. Please note: This is a life coaching workshop (not counselling or psychology). If you are experiencing significant distress, we encourage you to seek professional support.

At lumen our workshops have limited places and instructors have to prepare workshop materials and in some cases arrange catering - due to this refunds will be available for cancellations until 72 hours prior to the event.
