Service Description

If your body has been holding tension, your mind has been running on overdrive, or you simply feel like you’ve been “on” for too long… this workshop is for you. Join Eva for a deeply nourishing 90-minute session designed to support nervous system regulation, release stress, and invite your whole body into rest. This workshop combines the gentle, supported stillness of Restorative Yoga with the profoundly calming practice of Yoga Nidra (guided yogic sleep). You’ll be guided through a series of restorative postures using props to fully support your body, allowing you to soften without effort. From there, you’ll be led into Yoga Nidra, where you’ll rest comfortably while being guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can restore and the mind can reset. This is not about stretching harder or doing more. This is about learning how to truly rest, deeply. You’ll leave feeling: Calm and grounded Less tense through the body Clearer in the mind Supported, soothed, and emotionally lighter More connected to your breath and inner stillness Perfect for: Beginners and experienced yogis alike, especially anyone experiencing stress, fatigue, burnout, anxiety, or difficulty switching off. At lumen our workshops have limited places and instructors have to prepare workshop materials and in some cases arrange catering - due to this refunds will be available for cancellations until 72 hours prior to the event.
